This past month, we moved and grooved together, turning a negative situation into an opportunity to stay connected and strong while staying at home. As we enter a new stage of our challenge, we have another opportunity to be creative and reinvent ourselves and how we work. Moving everyday with you is my priority while creating content that is fun, playful and effective. Thank you to my amazing students for showing up ready to give it their ALL this September. Schedules are crazy and hectic in September, but giving yourself an hour a day to sweat and remember how strong and amazing we are as a team is the best way to commit to a new fitness routine. Better and stronger together, accountable to each other, pushing each other along as we test our limits each and every class. True power in passion and performance! Holidays are a great opportunity for me to get back into running! The terrain is so different and beautiful in the desert and it is surprisingly lush in the Baja, Mexico. The heat and sun feel so good, and water is a must!

I loved New Zealand, not only for the unspoiled nature, beautiful vistas and amazing beaches but also for the opportunity to have 6 weeks of uninterrupted physical training. I followed others in fitness regimens that I don't often do. Such as running - but better - stair running in a jungle! I thought I was ready and prepared. No - not for that! I learned the benefits of cross training, moving in many different ways and speeds. Improvements by leaps and bounds, by the end of the holiday, I felt in the best physical shape of my life. I do not intend to forget or stop cross training. Important for the body and the mind as I now know that I can dig deep, push hard and still get stronger, faster than ever before!
