In the studio now you will notice a ballet barre! Simple yet magnificent, a barre means that the principles of ballet are incorporated into fitness in a very supportive way. Fundamental ballet movement patterns and strengthening of the whole body are appropriate for any body! A ballet segment will be taught after every yoga class for 15 minutes. This is free! 10:15 to 10:30am M/W/F. This short class will profoundly effect the balance, coordination and strength of your body.
