Grounding down, rooting through, feeling the earth under your feet will be authentically experienced during the Summer Outdoor Yoga Series at Fernie Secondary School Field and Shelter.  Heather Ivany and I have teamed up this summer to bring Flow Yoga to you in the fresh air, surrounded by the beautiful Kootenay mountains.  Every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30am and 7pm.  I know we'll see you there...
