Barre Fitness
A dynamic, full-body class blending high/low impact cardio, intervals, strength work and flexibility training. We move with precision and control to build strong, mobile muscles and better posture, set to motivating music in a friendly, dance-inspired atmosphere.
Classes are suitable for all levels--lots of options are offered so you can work at the pace that feels right for you.
Please bring your own yoga mat and indoor running shoes.
Hatha Yoga Flow
Move through a thoughtful sequence of postures designed to gently build strength, improve mobility and create space in your whole body. We link movement with breath to support your nervous system, calm the mind and leave you feeling grounded and energized.
I believe yoga meets you exactly where you are at; after all yoga is about breath and mobility and everyone can start there. All bodies and all experience levels are welcome, with plenty of modifications offered throughout the class.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Calisthenics
Calisthenics is a functional, bodyweight based class designed to help you feel capable, stable and confident in your body. Using simple, whole-body movements, we build strength, balance, coordination and joint support through everyday patterns such as squatting, pushing, pulling, light cardiovascular work and moving through space with floor based exercises.
DanceFIT
DanceFIT is a fun, energetic, dance-inspired fitness class set to great music and easy to follow choreography that builds confidence and joy in movement. Expect a feel-good sweat as we blend cardio dance with movement awareness and strength.
This is a mixed-impact class with plenty of options, so you can move at your own pace - whether you prefer low impact or want to turn up the intensity. We finish class feeling strong, energized and uplifted.
No dance experience required. Wear supportive running shoes, bring a water bottle, and come ready to sweat and have fun!
