 Little Oli managed to Savasana like no other. When all the yoga effort was complete, mom managed to finish the practice in bliss. Babies always welcome in the yoga room, after all they created happy baby pose!

 Imagine my surprise when Kathy Falkiner walked into my yoga class yesterday afternoon. One of my yogis from Victoria, Kathy has been a dedicated yogi for over a year now. Living in this beautiful mountain town, I expect I will have a few more such surprises! Gotta love my Victoria yogis! Safe travels Kathy!
