I am currently working on the building of Fernie's newest website www.ferniefeelgood.com.  This website will be the collaboration of the beautiful minds of wellness professionals of the Elk Valley.  July 12th and 13th, 2014 marks the date of the second annual Fernie Feel Good Festival.  Held throughout the beautiful historic parks, streets and buildings of Fernie, this festival will welcome all to discover life's possibities.  Ideas, empowerment and enlightenment will flow freely like the Elk River, come try something new.

Off to a good start so far!  It feels so good to have a yoga routine once again after a summer of moving house and adjusting to life in Fernie.  Stepping onto my mat feels like I am shaking off the welcome mat, cleaning up the cobwebs, and lubricating the hinges.  I invite you to step into your own skin.  See you tomorrow!
