Oh hello quadriceps! First ski day last weekend had me feeling the burn. Thank goodness for the stretch on Monday morning. Snow is eminent in Fernie and therefore a new season of outdoor adventure awaits. I love to ski! Yoga certainly helps me maintain the musclular endurance and strength required for downhill and cross country skiing. 9am yoga classes allow us skiers to prepare our bodies while temperatures are low. Arriving at the ski hill by 11am, ready and able, hear us roar, Bring It On!
